United Nations Security Council (UNSC)

The United Nations Security Council is one of the six principal organs of the United Nations. It is charges with the maintenance of international peace and security and has the ability to approve changes to the UN charter, accept new members to the UN, and other special powers. It has 15 members, 5 of which are permanent and have ‘veto’ powers.

Topic 1: The issue of resolving the Ituri, Kivu, and Sahel conflicts with special emphasis on the rise of insurgents.

Topic 2: Discussing the creation of an international code of cyber conduct.
